In the late summer of 2020, Tony Bellatto, Geno Bellatto, and Matt Waris were making a follow up trip to the Ventura Factory after their initial blending of La Barba Purple and were introduced to some incredible tobacco by Henderson Ventura when there. The opportunity to use the tobacco in a blend was too good to pass up, so Siempre Tamboril was born. The cigar is not technically a La Barba, but will be handled by the company, and is going to be a price friendly cigar with prices ranging from $4.50 to $8.00.
The blend utilizes an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper with a blend of Dominican Corojo Ligero and Dominican Habano Vuelta Abajo Seco. Production will be regular but in small batches, and there will be four cigars made available to selected retailers across the country, with an exclusive size for two retailers. The four readily available cigars will be a Perla (4" by 42), Robusto (5" by 50), Corona Gorda (5 2/4" by 50), and a Toro (6" by 50). The exclusive size will be a corona for Havana House West and Fine Ash Cigars.
